Guild Wars Survivors is an experimental, unofficial fan project. These terms explain what to expect when playing.

Playing the game

The game is intended for players aged 13 and over. If you are under the age of legal adulthood where you live, involve a parent or guardian before using online features or making a donation. Use the game in accordance with applicable law and these terms.

Respect other adventurers

Do not harass others, use hateful or abusive player or lobby names, impersonate another person, publish private information, disrupt servers, bypass service limits, or exploit multiplayer to harm other players. We may restrict access or remove lobbies to protect players and keep the service operating.

Multiplayer and progress

The host controls a co-op expedition's simulation and outcomes. Connection loss or a host leaving may end a run. Progress is stored in your browser, can be lost when browser data is cleared, and is not guaranteed to be recovered. Use Settings to export backups. Encoded saves and host-controlled results are not a verified competitive ranking system.

Availability and changes

Features, balance and availability may change, and the service may be interrupted or discontinued. To the extent permitted by applicable law, the game is provided as available without promises of uninterrupted or error-free operation. Nothing here excludes rights or protections that cannot legally be excluded.

Voluntary support

Ko-fi donations are optional and are not required to play. The game does not promise in-game items, gameplay advantages, ownership rights or continued service in return for donations. Payment processing, refunds and any additional transaction conditions are handled through Ko-fi and the applicable payment provider. Contact Skripdev about a particular donation.

Ownership and attribution

Guild Wars and its original game assets belong to their respective owners, including ArenaNet. This project is not affiliated with or endorsed by ArenaNet. Access to this fan project does not grant rights to redistribute third-party assets. Third-party software retains its own license terms; see Credits.

Privacy and updates

The Privacy policy describes local storage, multiplayer information and third-party services. These terms may be updated as the project changes; review the revision date when returning.
