Your progress stays in your browser. Playing online shares the information needed to run your expedition.

Progress and browser storage

The game stores progress, your chosen player name, equipment and preferences in local browser storage. Exported saves are compressed and encoded with a corruption check; they are not encrypted. Keep exported files private. A full save file is not automatically uploaded to a cloud save service.

You can export or import progress in Settings. Clearing this site's browser storage deletes local progress and preferences. Export a backup first if you want to keep them.

Multiplayer and public lobbies

When you use co-op, your chosen name, lobby information, hero loadout, movement, combat actions and expedition state pass through our Cloudflare-hosted relay to other players in your party. The host controls the simulation and receives guest inputs. Choose a nickname rather than a real name or other personal information.

Public listings show lobby names, join codes, player names, readiness and party size. Private lobbies are omitted from the public browser, but anyone with their join code can attempt to join. Do not put sensitive information in lobby names.

Hosting, security and retention

Cloudflare serves the game, assets and multiplayer connections and processes technical request data, including IP addresses. The relay temporarily uses IP addresses in memory to limit lobby creation. Lobby state is stored to operate rooms and is cleared by the cleanup process after rooms close or become abandoned. Public listing entries expire when stale; refreshing a listing may trigger their removal.

Infrastructure logs may be retained according to Cloudflare services and account settings; this notice does not promise a fixed deletion period for those logs. Other players may record or retain information shared during a session.

Third-party services

Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which receives connection information when the fonts are requested. The support link opens Ko-fi; donations and messages there are handled by Ko-fi and its payment providers. The game does not receive your payment card details. Gameplay analytics

Analytics are enabled by default. We collect anonymous gameplay statistics to understand how the game is used and improve balance and performance. These reports do not include your email, player name or save file. Detailed gameplay statistics are kept for up to 90 days. Aggregate totals may be retained indefinitely.

Your choices

You can disable gameplay analytics using the button below. Your choice applies to this browser and takes effect immediately for future reports. Clearing browser storage resets this preference. You can also play solo, use a nickname in multiplayer, and export or delete your local progress. Contact us with privacy questions or requests.

Children

This project is not intended for children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information through the game, contact us so we can investigate and address it.
